Demant Generation Executive

Location: Pune (India)

We are looking for a proactive Demand Generation Executive to drive qualified meetings and pipeline through outbound calling, prospecting, and account outreach for our IT consulting services (Cloud, Data, AI, Digital Engineering). This role works closely with sales and partnerships teams to open doors in target accounts and support GTM initiatives.

Your Role & Responsibilities at Saviant:

  1. Execute outbound calling and email outreach to target accounts and ICPs
  2. Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities for the sales team
  3. Research and identify key decision-makers (CXOs, Heads of IT, Digital, Engineering)
  4. Maintain daily calling activity and follow-up cadence using CRM tools
  5. Qualify inbound and outbound leads using BANT / MEDDIC-style criteria
  6. Work closely with sales to support account-based prospecting and named account plays
  7. Re-engage dormant leads and existing accounts through structured calling campaigns
  8. Maintain accurate lead, call, and activity data in CRM

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

  1. 2–5 years in B2B demand generation, inside sales, or lead generation
  2. Strong experience in cold calling, discovery conversations, and objection handling
  3. Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills
  4. Comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  5. Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho or similar)
  6. Ability to work with targets for calls, meetings, and pipeline

Good to have

  1. Experience selling or supporting sales for IT consulting / IT services / SaaS
  2. Familiarity with Cloud, AI, Digital Transformation offerings
  3. Exposure to partner-led GTM or co-sell motions (AWS, Azure, GCP)
